

INGREDIENTS
1 bag shredded hash browns
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 Tablespoon salsa
2 Tablespoon cilantro chopped
a pinch salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 small red onion

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook hash browns according to package
Chop cilantro, onion and diced peppers
add peppers & onion in bowl
Add dill weed, red pepper powder and cayenne pepper to bowl of peppers & onion
Once the hash browns are almost done cooking add the peppers & onion mixture to the hash browns and bake in oven for 10 mins at 375 or until golden brown
Top with fresh chopped cilantro and salsa! Enjoy
