INGREDIENTS
12 eggs
2 Tbsp pesto
1/2 c chopped sweet onion
1/2 c chopped peppers
1/2 c chopped tomato
1/2 c finely chopped fresh broccoli
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp minced garlic
1 pieshell/crust
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and add to
prepared pieshell (baked for 5 minutes)
Bake at 350 for approx 45 min or until center of quiche is firm
