
INGREDIENTS
1 package (12 count) small corn tortillas
2 fresh limes
cooking spray (coconut oil spray or olive oil spray are good options)
coarse sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Cut each tortilla into 6 chip sized wedges and arrange in a single layer onto a baking sheet.
Spray with a very thin layer of cooking spray (coconut oil spray or olive oil spray are great – it helps to make the chips more crisp / crunchy).
Then squeeze the juice from one fresh lime over the chips and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for about 5-6 minutes and flip.
Add another very thin layer of spray, then the juice of the second lime, and sprinkle with salt.
Bake again for another 5-6 minutes.
Not a lime fan? Skip the lime and make the chips the exact same way, just minus the lime.
